Part 2, Step 3a: AP Style Passage

Please be advised that these AP Style passages are extremely hard.  Think of it as running with a parachute.  It is designed to make the normal reading passages on the Regents seem easier, and to force you to pay careful attention to the passages and your answers.

If you are not going print these passages, you can annotate them using the highlighter function in Adobe Acrobat or Apple Preview.

Directions for Teacher-Guided Students
1. Read through the questions and annotate the passage
2. Read the passage and answer the questions on your answer sheet
3. Ask your teacher to grade your answers and talk about why you got them right or wrong
4. If you scored at least 8 correct out of 13, click the link below that says "If Mastery."  
If you scored 7 or fewer correct answers, click the link below that says "If Not Mastery."
